Most orders are processed and ship out within 24 - 48 hours (business days) of the order being placed, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page that the order will be delayed. However, some orders may take longer to process due to high order

We guarantee any package that is shipped will not be damaged given that our materials do a great job of protecting their contents from damage in the shipping stream. However, in cases where you do have damaged items shipped to you contact us via
email .
All of our packaging will be made from recycable materials like cardboard boxes, packaging paper, and paper envelopes. Paper products should be accepted by most curbside recycling programs. Aside from these materials we also ship our products in reusable
giftags. If it's not recycable it will defeintely be reusable.

At the moment we are only exclusively shipping to people in the United States. However as we expand and grow our business, shipping worldwide will be our number 1 goal.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out

Once an order is placed, if you'd like to add on products or cancel, please send us an email at togethergreen2021@gmail.com In your email be sure to include your order number in your request. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order until it is returned to us.
We do not accept returns because of the environmental impact, however, if you have any issues with a product you have purchased (damaged and/or defective), please email us at togethergreen2021@gmail.com and we will address them.
